USDA Farm Services Agency - Loans

FSA offers direct and guaranteed farm ownership and operating loans to farmers who are temporarily unable to obtain private, commercial credit. Often, FSA borrowers are beginning farmers who cannot qualify for conventional loans because they insufficient financial resources. The Agency also helps established farmers who have suffered financial setbacks from natural disasters, or whose resources are too limited to maintain profitable farming operations.

WorkABILITY Loan Program , Baltimore , MD

The WorkABILITY Loan Program, a program of the Maryland Department of Disabilities, is a low-interest loan program open to Maryland residents with disabilities and their families, to help them qualify for low-interest loans to work from home or maintain home-based businesses, including farms. Loan amounts can range from $500 - $50,000 for a wide variety of assistive technology including vehicles, home modifications, farm-related machinery, hearing & vision aids, and much more.
