We know each animal's pedigree, what he was fed, and the superb condition of his health. We have bred our Angus beef and Duroc pork to be tender and tasty and lean. We raise them the old fashioned way. We do no use growth hormones or steroids in our animals. Our feed is forage based (pasture-fed) with no antibiotics and no metabolic enhancers. All our meat is grain finished using grains we grow ourselves. We dry age our products and do not add any water. All our products are USDA inspected.

Eggs, Chicken, Duck, Turkey, Goose, Beef, Pork, Lamb, Vegetables and Fruit are offered at the year-round market, as seasonally available. All products are raised on our farms or on local farms with whom we partner. Livestock are free-range and not given antibiotics (unless sick or injured), are not exposed to chemicals, and are never administered hormones – just natural. Produce is raised using organic methods with compost produce on the farm. A la carte produce is available as is a CSA. All products are available for delivery to commercial accounts.
